St. Mary's County Library will close at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26 and remain closed through Friday, November 28 in observance of Thanksgiving and Native American Heritage Day.

Meeting and Study Rooms

Meeting rooms may be reserved for use by individuals, organizations, and businesses. Study Rooms at the Lexington Park and Leonardtown Libraries provide a quiet space for studying, small group discussions, tutoring, and other related activities.

Memory Kits

In partnership with St. Mary’s County Department of Aging, our Memory Kits offer engaging, stimulating activities that support and enhance cognitive function, memory, verbal skills, and spatial awareness for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s. Check one out today!

Food Donations. A freestanding wooden food pantry with doors outside.

Accepted at All Library Locations

St. Mary’s County Library is serving as a centralized drop-off point for non-perishable food donations to be distributed throughout the community. All three Library locations also have a food pantry outside the Library.
